Enough Underwear →

What is a Hernia?
Image via Wikipedia Later this morning I’m scheduled to have my hernia taken care of for which I am grateful as it is getting uncomfortable. It’s also difficult to exercise so I’m getting irritable and flabby. Hernias come in various types but the most important, because it is what I have, is the inguinal hernia. This is also day 43 for which I’m also grateful.
